Remote Responsibilities:

• Processing RMAs and analyzing driving factors for returns
• Partnering with service centers to resolve return-related issues
• Resolving discrepancies via Jira cases with service centers
• Validating returns and ensuring data accuracy
• Filing disputes for all retail customers through their portals and processes
• Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
• Leveraging AI tools to streamline returns workflows and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in RMA processing and returns analysis (not just RMA focus but more a system/process automation focus).
• Bachelor's degree in applicable field that aligns with a supply chain analyst
• Experience using ERP systems, ideally Oracle
• Background in consumer electronics retail operations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes of returns
• Experience with process automation and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools
• Proficiency in Jira or similar case management systems
• Retail compliance and dispute resolution The pay range for this role is $115k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
