Remote Responsibilities:

Processing RMAs and analyzing driving factors for returns
Partnering with service centers to resolve return-related issues
Resolving discrepancies via Jira cases with service centers
Validating returns and ensuring data accuracy
Filing disputes for all retail customers through their portals and processes
Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
Leveraging AI tools to streamline returns workflows and reporting

Required Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in RMA processing and returns analysis (not just RMA focus but more a system/process automation focus).
Bachelor's degree in applicable field that aligns with a supply chain analyst
Experience using ERP systems, ideally Oracle
Background in consumer electronics retail operations
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes of returns
Experience with process automation and workflow optimization
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools
Proficiency in Jira or similar case management systems
Retail compliance and dispute resolution The pay range for this role is $115k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
