Continuous Improvement Specialist at Epiroc!
Drive operational excellence by driving continuous improvement initiatives, aligning processes, cost structures, and functional performance with customer needs. Support the reduction of internal complexity, ensure cost transparency, and support profitability improvements. Work Type (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote):
Hybrid or Remote Responsibilities:
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Standardize and streamline processes with the goal to reduce complexity in the CCs and other functions
Improve operational efficiency
Support cost reduction initiatives
Support supply chain performance activities: demand planning, availability, inventory, transportation.
Support sourcing excellence: dual sourcing, regionalization, vendor selection.
Connect operational excellence with customer value creation.
Support the demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting aligned with business growth targets and service level objectives.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, system integration, and automation.
Knowledge/Education:
Process streamlining and standardization
Continuous Improvement Mindset
Project Management
Supporting cross functional alignment between Supply Chain, Sourcing, R D, IT and Finance where PSN performance depends on multiple functions.
Identifying improvement opportunities and helping streamline processes across teams.
Monitoring operational performance indicators and supporting initiatives that improve availability and efficiency.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $95,000 and $122,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
