2989937517-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Temco Logistics seeks a Regional Director for the PNW to lead strategy, operations, and growth for our IT and software solutions portfolio. In this leadership role, you will own regional performance, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of innovative, scalable software for our clients. You will develop go-to-market plans, manage key accounts, and drive continuous improvement through data and KPIs. This position offers significant visibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to shape a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing regional organization. Responsibilities Own regional P&L, budgeting, and performance targets for the PNW territory. Develop and execute regional growth and go-to-market strategies for IT/software solutions. Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations and support. Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Oversee delivery of complex software projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met. Use data and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering leaders on regional priorities and roadmaps. Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regional regulations. Forecast regional resource needs and align staffing with project and sales pipelines. Represent the region in executive reviews, providing insights, risks, and mitigation plans.
