The Role This is a working leadership position for someone who knows how to manage people, production, quality, and day-to-day operations. You will initially train in Cordova with our experienced operations team, learning our production processes, equipment, staffing, scheduling, quality standards, safety practices, maintenance, and customer expectations. Once the Upper Marlboro location is fully operational, you will transition there and lead the facility. Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
  • Maintain production flow and service quality
  • Monitor staffing, productivity, labor efficiency, and KPIs

  • Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use
  • Coordinate supplies, chemicals, and operating materials

  • Experience managing hourly employees
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, blue-collar environment
  • Able to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Comfortable using KPIs and performance metrics Experience in fleet washing, commercial cleaning, truck or car wash operations, logistics, warehousing, construction, transportation, landscaping, manufacturing, or other field-service businesses is helpful but not required.
Who We're Looking For We want someone who takes ownership, enjoys building strong teams, holds people accountable, and likes running an operation rather than managing from behind a desk. This is not simply a shift-supervisor role; we are looking for someone with the potential to take on greater responsibility as Absolute Fleet Washing continues to grow. Future opportunities may include General Manager, Regional Operations Manager, or multi-location leadership. Apply If you are a hands-on operations leader who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and owning results, we want to hear from you.
