The ideal candidate will have strong experience in U.S. warehouse operations and cross-border logistics, with the ability to manage daily operations, optimize processes and standards, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and support overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Be fully responsible for the operation and management of the U.S. overseas warehouse. Develop and continuously optimize the work processes and operational standards for overseas warehousing operations based on business needs. Provide guidance and oversee the day-to-day operations of the overseas warehouse to ensure safe operations, cost control, improved efficiency, enhanced user experience, and timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods. Conduct quality supervision and assessment of the operations of partners, and complete timely monthly reconciliations. Collaborate with the IT team to define system requirements based on work scenarios to meet the management needs of the overseas warehouse. Maintain good communication and interaction with overseas warehouse partners, clients, and internal business departments to achieve overall project performance goals. Assist in expanding business, participate in major negotiations, support the team, and achieve company goals. Qualifications College degree or above; logistics and supply chain-related majors are preferred. 5+ years of U.S. overseas warehouse and cross-border logistics operation experience. Familiar with overseas warehouse SOP optimization, partner management, and monthly reconciliation. Proficient in data analysis and daily operational problem-solving. Fluent in Chinese and English.
