Job Description

Moonstone Properties is a vacation rental company in Moclips, Washington comprising a 20-room inn and six houses. We take pride in our thoughtful customer service, comfortable accommodations, high guest ratings and breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. We welcome parties of 1 to 12 guests per reservation and allow pets. We are seeking to hire an Operations Manager to work full time hours on-site at Moonstone Beach Motel in Moclips. The Operations Manager will be responsible for: Daily operation of the front desk: Making reservations Welcoming guests and giving them a tour of the property Managing guest issues during stays Responding to phone and internet inquiries Collecting payment Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance staff: Assigning cleans to meet deadlines Inspecting units to be sure quality is being met Maintain stock levels for guest amenities and cleaning products Upkeep of company property Projects to improve facilities Discovering maintenance needs and scheduling repairs Train and assist housekeeping staff Property upkeep Aid in

HR Compliances:

Documenting, giving opinions on incidents Sit in on interviews and hiring decisions Coach on the spot when appropriate Cover General Manager during her time out of office Because we are a small business, at times we all have to perform work outside of our ordinary job responsibilities
