• ThreadBeast is a men's clothing subscription company based out of LA. Our customers receive new clothing from us monthly based on their personal style. We are currently looking for Apparel Fulfillment Specialists "Stylist" to curate and fill packages for our members.
How it works:
Customers go to our site and fill out a style profile. This profile includes their sizes, colors they like to wear and other style likes and dislikes. Our Apparel Fulfillment Specialists do not use RF Scanners but instead use these style profiles and their own fashion sense to build outfits from scratch and curate a package that our customers will love every month.
What you will do:
Pick items for customer orders accurately and efficiently, following pick lists and batch assignments Locate products by their warehouse location and verify style, size, and color before picking Scan or confirm items in our inventory system as you pick Report missing, damaged, or mislocated items to your lead or supervisor right away Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe Meet daily accuracy and productivity goals
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate computer literacy Strong time management skills. Proven ability to meet daily fulfillment goals consistently. Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking Must be able to read and follow directions Reliable attendance and punctuality Must be fluent in
English Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center. Familiarity with shipping software.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to work on your feet throughout your shift. Dexterity to handle merchandise and equipment efficiently.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
