Monday - Friday; 12:00 PM - 8:30
PM Pay Rate:
$18.00/hour to $19.00/hour

Company Statement Rancho Foods, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that specializes in the delivery of fine meats and meat products to restaurants and markets throughout California. Our customer-service focused company has been in business for over fifty years, and we are looking for hard-working individuals to join our fast-growing team. Job Summary Rancho Foods' Order Puller is responsible for assembling customer orders according to pick-sheet instructions and transferring pallets of orders to the loading docks in a manner that meets standards for safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The Order Puller is responsible for ensuring the completeness and correctness of all orders pulled. The Order Puller is also responsible for loading customer orders on corresponding trucks, following the correct routing instructions. Essential Functions
  • Processing of order instructions correctly
  • Ergonomically proper transfer of product boxes from racks to pallets
  • Palletizing product accurately
  • Wrapping the complete pallets to ensure security during transit
  • Maintain inventory of products; re-stock as needed
  • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
  • Inspect product for damages; report as needed Job Qualifications Minimum of one year's experience in a warehouse environment Ability to operate an electric rider pallet-jack and/or forklift
  • Knowledge of meat and/or meat products is a PLUS
  • Prior work in a work environment under 25° F is a PLUS
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a PLUS Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an applicant to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, move constantly around the warehouse, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and/or telephone system. This position requires proper bending, reaching, and lifting techniques. The individual in this position must be able to lift weights up to ninety pounds.
