The Position:

We are looking for a Program Director at one of our Visalia Ben Maddox program offices. Manage the day-to-day operations of a licensed day program Interface with care providers/family/regulatory authorities/Regional Center/schools Act as a program advocate to market the client services to individuals, counselors, families and the community-at-large

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Solid background working in a day program setting Strong problem-solving capabilities Solid staff supervisory experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test and drug screen Bilingual in Spanish beneficial Why Should I Apply?
