Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized After-School Program Director to lead our recreational and educational activities for children. In this role, you will help to oversee program operations, develop engaging activities, and ensure a safe, positive environment for all participants. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote educational growth, and create memorable experiences for young learners. This position is about ensuring our students have fun after a long day at school! Duties Lead the planning, development, and execution of after-school programs that promote physical activity, education, and social skills. Supervise staff members, including instructors and support personnel, providing guidance and performance feedback to foster a motivated team. Coordinate with school partners and parents to ensure program schedules align with school hours and meet community needs. Oversee the after school care room, safety protocols, and maintain a clean environment of the room assigned. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork, creativity, and personal growth among children. Qualifications Strong background in childcare, early childhood education center experience, or related fields. Excellent communication skill when speaking with parents and staff as needed. Knowledge of personnel management in education environments and working with students ages 5 to 12 years of age. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Work with the after school care coaches to organize fun activities while in the gym and the camp room. • This position does not require you to know how to teach gymnastics or ninja warrior. Our exceptionally trained coaching staff will take care of the in gym portion of the program.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week Application Question(s): Experience with coaching gymnastics or ninja warrior is not required. However, do you possess a fun and energetic personality and be able to relate to young children? Can you commit to a work shift of 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday Thru Friday?
