This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through meticulous planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management tools. As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. Coordinate construction schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and client expectations. Manage and lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to foster collaboration and accountability. Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations. Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to verify accuracy and completeness before execution. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, inspections, and updates using construction management software like ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, or Bluebeam. Control project costs by managing budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost management strategies. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and industry standards for quality and safety. Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication among clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction plans coordination. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively. Strong leadership qualities with a track record of guiding diverse teams toward successful project completion.
