Lifecore has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead complex, technical client programs within our dynamic Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). In this highly visible role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams and external clients to bring innovative pharmaceutical and medical device products from concept through commercialization.

This is an onsite role based in Chaska, Minnesota.

As a key member of our project management team, you will have the opportunity to: Lead multiple projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and completion while coordinating cross-functional internal teams and external client stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client programs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverablesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge resources for clients and internal stakeholdersDrive project schedules, milestones, risks, and issue resolution to support successful project outcomesCommunicate project status, business impacts, and key milestones to clients, team members, and leadershipFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project objectives are achieved while meeting quality, regulatory, and business requirementsThis position could be a great fit for you have strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills along with the following: Bachelors Degree, Engineering or Science preferred2-5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical or regulated environmentExperience managing client-facing projects and building effective stakeholder relationshipsTechnical experience with manufacturing, production, or product development processes; CDMO experience preferredMedical Device and/or Pharmaceutical cGMP experience preferredSolid understanding and practical application of project management principles, methodology, and toolsDemonstrated success onboarding new projects and clients while managing multiple prioritiesCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Starting Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 annually with consideration given for relevant skills and experience. Lifecore offers a highly competitive total rewards package, including:
