Project Manager Job Description:

We are excited to announce a new job opening for a talented and experienced Project Manager at Four Seasons Roofing. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a self-motivated, high-energy and results oriented leader to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must thrive in improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability utilizing effective methods and strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage multiple projects at a time. Review scope of work, material lists, deliveries, budgets and more to create an effective plan for each project. Conduct pre-job site evaluations and project review with crew leaders. Oversee and support in production on a daily basis to ensure crews are producing on budget and on schedule. Estimate, write and communicate change order work with customers. Effectively communicate with customer throughout the project duration. Report on daily basis progress with production coordinator.

Required Skills:

Technical understanding for roofing products and installation procedures Ability to effectively communicate with our clients and team members Effective leadership skills including inspiring and mentoring a team Have a strong background in process optimization and be able to identify areas for improvement Create action plans, and implement changes to increase efficiency Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential Show ability to consistently recognize and deal with priorities Understanding of and commitment to customer service and core values Proficient with CRM / production management tools Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Bi-lingual in English and Spanish would be a major plus Education /

Experience:

Degree in construction related field such as project management or equivalent work experience 3-5+ years in roofing or construction industry 3+ years experience working in a Project Manager capacity Four Seasons Roofing is a local roofing business based in Snohomish, WA serving the Pacific Northwest region since 1996. We provide services to homeowners, business/commercial property owners and property management companies.
