We're looking for a Construction Superintendent who can take ownership of projects from ground break through final completion — leading subcontractors in the field while also managing schedules, documentation, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both jobsite leadership and project coordination and wants to work with a tight-knit team where decisions move quickly and quality matters. Projects are primarily located along the Seattle Arlington corridor , including upcoming work in Ballard and Seattle , minimizing long-distance travel. Typical project sizes range from $1M - $8M , including townhome developments, custom homes, and larger residential remodels. This position is approximately 50% field leadership and 50% project coordination/administration.
