Flexible Schedule:
Once a Week or Once Every Two Weeks) About the Role We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Property Manager to oversee 25 residential units located in Fairfield and New Haven counties. The office is based in North Haven. This is a flexible, low-hour position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and taking pride in maintaining safe, well-kept properties. You will primarily visit the properties once a week or once every two weeks to check in with tenants, address maintenance needs, and handle routine upkeep. Key Responsibilities Contact or visit tenants regularly to check on their well-being and identify any needed repairs or concerns Perform small plumbing repairs (e.g., leaky faucets, clogged drains, minor fixture issues) Mow grass and handle basic landscaping tasks to keep grounds tidy Replace smoke/fire detectors as needed Meet with government officials or inspectors for occasional property inspections Coordinate or complete other minor maintenance and upkeep tasks to keep the properties in good condition Report larger issues or emergencies promptly to ownership Ideal Candidate Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Basic hands-on skills in plumbing, general maintenance, and outdoor work Friendly and professional when interacting with tenants Able to lift moderate loads, work outdoors, and handle occasional physical tasks Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule that allows visits once a week or every other week across Fairfield and New Haven counties Prior property management, maintenance, or handyman experience is a plus but not required
Schedule & Compensation Part-time:
