ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial Operations & Growth Manager to help lead and scale the business. This is a new, high-impact leadership role that blends operations, owner experience, and business development. You'll own real outcomes, work directly with ownership, and have the autonomy to build processes from the ground up. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Growth & Business Development Meet with prospective homeowners and present our management services Build and maintain strong relationships with local realtors Help grow our managed property portfolio in a smart, sustainable way Represent the company professionally in the local market Onboarding Own the onboarding of newly signed properties from signing through launch Coordinate across the team to ensure each property is set up, listed, and ready for guests on time Give new homeowners a smooth, well-communicated start with Sunny Orange Stays Owner Services Serve as the point person for newly signed homeowners: statement questions, vendor and repair updates, performance and pricing questions, listing concerns, owner blocks, and ongoing communication Lead initiatives that strengthen owner relationships and communication across the portfolio Keep owner communication organized, tracked, and proactive Property Operations & Quality Lead our cleaning and maintenance operations to ensure every property is guest-ready, well-maintained, and consistently cared for Build and manage relationships with cleaning companies and maintenance vendors, negotiating competitive pricing and ensuring reliable capacity as the portfolio grows Own the inventory program for consumables and unit items, including ordering, storage, tracking, and cost and quality reviews Develop and oversee a property inspection program that upholds our standards across the portfolio Continuously improve operational processes to support growth and a great owner and guest experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Positive, personable, and enthusiastic A strong problem solver who takes ownership and initiative Experience in vacation rental management or a related field is a strong asset Has an owner's mindset — treats the business like it's their own Thrives in an environment with high autonomy and responsibility Tech-savvy enough to be comfortable with property management software, apps, and tools Comfortable making decisions and leading from the front Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license
