Multifamily Leasing Manager — The Revival Companies Who We Are The Revival Companies is a multifamily real estate investment firm operating across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our current portfolio spans roughly 200+ units across and we're on a clear growth path as we prepare for next year. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Leasing Manager to lead all leasing operations across our residential portfolio and drive resident retention.

This is a full-ownership role:

you'll manage renewals, drive , our independent leasing agent network, and lease-up execution on newly acquired and recently renovated properties. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in either property management or residential apartment leasing. Duties Manage leasing coordinator and third party leasing agents Build new third party leasing relationships as needed Own the renewal outreach cadence and drive resident retention as a core performance metric. Ensure maximum occupancy Own leasing quality across the portfolio, including identifying and replacing underperforming agents. Lead lease-up execution on newly acquired properties during onboarding and stabilization, and on units returning to market after a renovation or property improvement plan. Perform quality-control inspections on completed unit turns before units are released back to market. Own key inventory and building access — issuance, tracking, and handoffs. Run resident security deposits and process incoming invoices. Manage and direct leasing-side execution for on-the-ground resident services staff. Utilize AppFolio and related property management tools to track occupancy, vacancy, and leasing performance metrics. Qualifications Proven experience in multifamily property management or leasing operations, ideally across a multi-property portfolio. Track record recruiting, developing, and managing independent leasing agents or a leasing team. Comfortable owning on-site, physical responsibilities — this is not a remote or desk-only role. Working knowledge of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations. Familiarity with AppFolio or comparable property management software. Detail-oriented enough to manage deposits and invoice processing accurately. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve resident and vendor issues professionally. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you bring decisions, not just problems. Pay:

Up to $120,000.00 per year
