We are an owned and managed property management firm with multi-family properties located nationwide. We are actively seeking a Senior Portfolio Property Manager to manage communities in Princeton, NJ, Somerville, NJ and Middlesex, NJ totaling 488 units. We are looking for a detailed-oriented and meticulously organized individual to assist in managing all aspects of on-site property management for these properties including leasing, maintenance, arrears collection, and apartment turns. The ideal candidate will posses leadership abilities and will have experience delegating to a team. Essential Duties

• Manage and Delegate to the on-site administrative staff to ensure all tasks are completed
• Responsible for leasing, rent collection, arrears collection, filling of apartment vacancies, lease renewals
• Prepare weekly and monthly property management and financial reports detailing rental income, tenant arrears, accounts receivable, utility and maintenance expenses, work orders, notices, vacancies and apartment turnovers
• Responsible for generating and processing monthly tenant and subsidy payments
• Handle delinquent accounts promptly

• 5 years experience managing multi-site portfolios
• Team Player, with strong attention to detail
• Tech savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Programs, and Appfolio (Preferred)

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$110,000.00
