Property Maintenance $1,250 w/ OT>+ WEEKLY Join SAVARD Personnel Group

Key Requirements:

Responding to resident maintenance requests and work ordersPerforming plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairsRepairing doors, locks, walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, and fixturesPainting and completing apartment make-ready workPerforming preventative maintenance and routine inspectionsMaintaining common areas, buildings, and exterior propertyTroubleshooting maintenance problems and determining appropriate repairsUsing hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipmentMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentCommunicating with residents and property management regarding repairs and maintenance needs
