Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Community Director to join our team in the Lancaster region. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple communities throughout Lancaster and the surrounding areas. Lead, support, and manage on-site staff to ensure efficient community operations. Manage resident accounts, including rent collection, application processing, and accurate data entry. Coordinate with contractors and manage related budgets, invoices, and project expenses. Provide responsive customer service to residents, applicants, and community stakeholders.
Requirements:
Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
