Job Description

Property Manager We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established affordable housing community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is committed to providing outstanding resident service and maintaining a high-performing property.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to resident concerns. Ensure the property is clean, attractive, and well maintained. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure work orders and resident service requests are completed in a timely manner. Oversee administrative and compliance functions, ensuring residents comply with lease agreements and community policies. Manage rental collections, monitor delinquent accounts, and follow up in accordance with company procedures. Oversee occupancy, waiting lists, unit turns, move-ins, and move-outs. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and coordinate apartment turnover schedules. Partner with regional leadership and contractors on property improvements and capital projects. Maintain accurate records and complete reports as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2 years of Property Management experience. Affordable housing, HUD, and/or LIHTC experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while fostering a positive team environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$57,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
