You'll oversee leasing, resident relations, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor/maintenance coordination while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards. Partner with a collaborative, values-driven team to deliver an exceptional resident experience, support community initiatives, and maintain asset performance. This role offers growth within a stable, family-founded firm with a strong Mid-Atlantic footprint and exposure to the full real estate lifecycle. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community Manage leasing activities, renewals, and occupancy goals Handle rent collection, delinquency control, and basic financial reporting Develop and manage operating budgets and expense controls Coordinate maintenance requests, unit turns, and vendor services Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies Foster strong resident relationships and handle escalated concerns Lead, train, and schedule onsite team members Conduct property inspections to maintain quality, safety, and curb appeal Support community engagement initiatives aligned with company values Required Skills Property operations management Multifamily leasing Budgeting and financial reporting Vendor and contract management Maintenance coordination Fair Housing and regulatory compliance Yardi or similar property management software Rent collection and delinquency control Resident conflict resolution Team supervision and scheduling
