Medical; PTO Duties for Japanese and Spanish Production Interpreter & Employee Support Coordinator #11864: Support internal and external communication using Japanese and Spanish Work guidance and interpretation and translation for Spanish and Japanese speaking employees Explanation and education on work procedures, quality standards, and safety rules on the manufacturing floor Communication support between on-site staff and managers Translation and creation of various manuals, work instructions, and training materials Communication support for onboarding and retention of employees Assistance with preparing reports related to production, quality, and safety Interpretation support for recruitment and interviews as needed Other duties as required Requirements for Japanese and Spanish Production Interpreter & Employee Support Coordinator #11864: Strong communication skills in Japanese and Spanish (Read/Write/Speak/Listen) Ability to work smoothly in a multicultural environment Have knowledge in food manufacturing / production industry related terms Have knowledge of quality control/quality assurance terms. Having specific knowledge for Food industry QA such as HACCP, Food safety is a big plus. Knowledge in Human Resources terms and language especially in hiring and training.
