We provide high-energy, confidence-building classes through local schools, parks and recreation programs, and community partners. We're looking for an organized, energetic leader who loves working with families, and wants to play a key role in helping our programs grow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This is an opportunity to help scale a growing business from the ground up. Core Traits Exceptionally Organized Tech-Savvy & Systems-Oriented Outstanding Communicator Collaborative & Positive Growth-Oriented Required Qualifications Experience with iClassPro or similar scheduling/customer management software preferred. Experience in customer service, office administration, operations, hospitality, education, youth programs, fitness, or a related field. Proficiency with standard business software (Google Workspace, Canva) Experience working with children and families is strongly preferred. Available to work on-site approximately 15-30 hours per week, including afternoons and evenings. Hours Hours will be a mix of the time windows listed below, depending on availability and business needs.

Saturdays:

9:00am-5:00pm

Sundays:

9:00am-5:00pm

Weekdays:
