Job Description

Trustpoint Realty (Miami Dade, Broward, and the Florida Keys) is hiring an Appointment Setter to book qualified meetings for our sales team. No real estate license required. We provide the leads, scripts, and training.

The role:

Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors Book qualified appointments against a weekly quota Follow up and confirm meetings so they actually show

Compensation:

Base salary, plus a flat fee for every appointment you set, plus performance incentives for beating your weekly quota. Your effort translates directly into your paycheck: hit more appointments, earn more. We're looking for someone who: Is comfortable and confident on the phone Is coachable and consistent with a script and a process Can hit a weekly number independently Preferred (not required): Experience in real estate Experience using a CRM
