This immediate-opening role combines hands-on inbound call handling with designing and refining repeatable workflows that keep daily operations running smoothly. Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend shifts. What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer phone calls, assess automotive needs, and resolve requests clearly and efficiently.
• Follow and refine standardized scripts and procedures; translate common call patterns into repeatable workflows.
• Accurately document each interaction in our CRM and maintain precise, up-to-date process documentation and playbooks.
• Monitor queue health and operational metrics, identify trends, and propose small, practical improvements that increase consistency and throughput.
• Perform routine quality checks on call logs and process adherence; implement corrective actions and follow through until resolved.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks, manage your workload, and escalate complex issues to specialists when required.
• Train peers on refined procedures and help onboard new hires to ensure steady operational cadence. What We're Looking For
• Comfortable on the phone and confident assisting customers with automotive needs; clear verbal communication and active listening.

• Tech-savvy:

  experience with CRMs, ticketing systems, or similar operational tools; quick to learn new systems.
• Highly methodical and detail-oriented—you value accuracy and clear documentation.
• Steady, consistent performer who thrives on routine and follows through on commitments.
• Independent problem-solver who takes ownership of tasks and improves processes incrementally.
• Able to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing precision; prior operations or call-center experience a plus.
