This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service to both our team and our customers. As a key member of our operations team, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong communication with our customers, sales team, and colleagues at our headquarters in Germany. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate customer records in SAP and Salesforce Support the integrity of customer and sales data Review customer orders and accurately process in SAP S/4Hana Verify product lead times and availability Coordinate with colleagues at headquarters in Germany Monitor orders for confirmation Communicate order status updates to customers and sales representatives Evaluate and release orders for shipping Process outgoing shipments Collaborate with accounting team on receivables Monitor stock availability and inventory-related information Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or an operational role Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
