What You'll Do:

As a Transportation Clerk, you'll be the go-to for operations support—handling key transportation functions to streamline processes, driver development, and the day-to-day workflow. This role blends administrative precision with department coordination. You'll keep the information flowing so the team can operate smoothly. 

In This Role, You'll:

Assign routes and trailer assignments daily to scheduled driversManage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaintsMonitor customer metric performance and communicate with the team to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and effectively service the customerConduct equipment audits, enter data in customer-facing platforms, Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments 

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years in operations, admin support, or (transportation is a plus)Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraintsWorking knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with Samsara & TRACEAbility to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systemsClear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
