As a Transportation Clerk, you'll be the go-to for operations support — handling key transportation functions to streamline processes , driver development, and the day-to-day workflow . This role blends administrative precision with department coordination. You'll keep the information flowing so the team can operate smoothly .In This Role, You'll:
Assign routes and trailer assignments daily to scheduled drivers Manage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaints Monitor customer metric performance and communicate with the team to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and effectively service the customer Conduct equipment audits , enter data in customer-facing platforms, Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departmentsWhat You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years in operations, admin support, or (transportation is a plus) Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with Samsara & TRACE Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionallyThe Schedule & Setting:
Full-time, on-site Sun- Thurs 8 :30 AM

Salary :
$ 39,520- $41,600 Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
