Job Description

We're seeking a customer-centric, well-organized Team Player with high attention to detail, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities. We are a fast-paced, family-owned local group of companies achieving big things.
Job Type:
Full-time Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service :
Fielding, processing, and delegating phone calls Managing & responding to Service inbox Responding to the requests and needs of Clients & Vendors in a timely manner via phone & email in friendly and professional manner Providing updated product and price lists to Clients & Vendors Conflict & Resolution Management Client & Vendor communications Mass emails to Customers & Vendors Shortages, delays, updates, responses to inquiries.
Operations Support:
Service call setup and follow-through Appliance Order and Repair setup and follow-through Coordinate installs, removals, and service transitions New Vendor research, outreach & onboarding Special Projects as needed
Compliance Monitoring:
Noncompliance & Account-hold resolution Last invoice review & outreach
  • gaps, missing invoices, and variances COI updates W-9 updates
MSA & SOW
outreach Maintain Database integrity & accuracy Account page accuracy & compliance Vendor compliance Vendor statement reconciliation Contracts MSA & SOWs Skills required:
  • Strong multitasking skills Strong attention to detail
  • Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. Computer software experience & competency
  • Windows, Outlook, Excel, Office, CRM software, Search Engine functionality. Strong Excel skills Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple clients, entities, deadlines, and systems Database competency
  • Salesforce and/or Quickbase experience preferred, exporting, importing, and reconciling Time management & organization Critical thinking and creative problem-solving Ability to follow direction and outlined procedures Punctuation, capitalization, and grammar proficiency Determination to succeed and serve others Persistence with observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
