Customer Operations Coordinator

Job Description

This is not an entry level position; candidates must have experience in fast paced customer service field within an office/distribution center setting. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast moving, multi-faceted work arena and is self-motivated, comfortable with working from multiple computer screens, able to spot problems and find solutions, someone who holds themselves accountable for a high quality work product. The position:
As the point of contact with customers and technicians, you will perform a variety of duties such as scheduling and coordinating service calls, ensuring technicians have the appropriate tools, parts, and equipment to complete the job in a timely manner, think "right tech, with the right part, in the right place." Maintain accurate records, provide updates as needed and ensure all parties are kept up to date on any changes. Interact with customers, technicians, and vendors, often at the same time.
Competencies and Requirements:
Data management skills Office experience and proficiency with MS Office required as well as strong computer skills. Ability to handle pressure Extremely organized Excellent attention to detail Fast learner and proactive problem solver Work order management Collaboration and teamwork Capacity to learn quickly through OJT (on the job training) This is not an entry level position; candidates must have experience in fast paced customer service field within an office/distribution center setting. Experience with putting daily schedules together (dispatcher, service coordinator, scheduler) is a BIG plus as it is a big part of this position. After hours
Office On-Call Rotation Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in timely management of all communications: written, phone, websites. Help coordinate larger projects. Professionally answer all incoming phone calls and respond effectively and to customer e-mail inquiries. Schedule service calls, quoted work, and preventive maintenance work Work closely with inside operations team and field team. Understand work orders and monitor the progress. Help order parts for approved jobs following all purchase order procedures. Run reports, update websites and act as a liaison between customer and technicians. After hours Office On-Call Rotation Other duties as assigned

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
