We are looking for an individual for this role to fulfill a Full-time role.
Hours:
8:00 am - 4:00pm This integral team member works directly under the Director of Nursing and Administrator and in partnership with the other core departments within the facility.
Qualifications:
Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Typing skills Strong organizational skills required Able to work closely with the Nursing Department employees. Create schedules, assist in finding replacement staff as needed. Must understand electronic file management and directions Must be detail oriented
Job Functions:
Assist Management in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing all duties as assigned Act as a liaison to management and other staff as needed Greet and direct visitors accordingly Answer phones Data Entry Ability to scan and inputting files into the computer or into our Electronic Medical Records system
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and talk and listen. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job require close vision. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing family owned and operated company in Rochester!
