This includes Schedule B numbers, AES/ITN filings, ITAR, export licenses, and dangerous goods such as lithium batteries and gases. Handle damaged or missing shipments by documenting the problem, contacting the customer, and filing carrier claims. Keep the shipping area organized and stocked. You'll reorder packaging supplies and help with runner duties when needed. What You Bring Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of paperwork accurately Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn several shipping and company software systems Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and work inside and outside the warehouse in all weather A dependable, flexible work style: punctual, self-motivated, calm under pressure, and willing to ask for help Preferred Warehouse shipping, receiving, or customer service experience, ideally with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or motor freight shipping Forklift experience (you'll use a forklift regularly in this role) Why JM Test Systems?
