Masis Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have prior receiving experience and be comfortable working with computers for data entry, inventory tracking, and shipment processing. This role plays a key part in ensuring all incoming materials are accurately received, documented, and distributed within the facility.

$19.00

Schedule :

Monday- Friday 6:00AM- 4:30 PM, flexible for OT on the weekends ( this includes both Saturday and Sunday) .

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Enter receiving data into warehouse management or ERP systems Label, stage, and route materials to the correct departments Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Communicate discrepancies or damaged shipments to supervisors Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (pallet jack, scanner, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized receiving area

Requirements:
