Summary We are seeking a Customer Service/Shipping/Warehouse Associate with strong firearm and firearm accessory knowledge to join our team. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring applicants to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. This role involves customer service, shipping, and warehouse tasks , making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organization, and interacting with customers on the phone . While previous shipping experience is not required , we value reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success. What We're Looking For:
Since this role involves handling and discussing firearm-related products, applicants should have a solid understanding of: ✅ Different Types of Firearms
Knowledge of handguns, including their functions and differences. ✅ Firearm Accessories
Familiarity with optics, magazines, grips, holsters, slings, and attachments. Experience in firearm retail, gun ranges, sporting goods stores, or personal firearm use is a plus. Responsibilities Customer Service
Assist customers with product questions, order inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Order Processing
Accurately pick, pack, and ship firearm-related products. Inventory Management
Restock, organize, and track warehouse inventory. Shipping & Receiving
Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and compliance with regulations. Warehouse Organization
Maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Safety & Compliance
Follow all firearm handling guidelines and company policies.
Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software is preferred. Or multilingual abilities are a plus.
