Summary We are seeking a Customer Service/Shipping/Warehouse Associate with strong firearm and firearm accessory knowledge to join our team. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring applicants to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. This role involves customer service, shipping, and warehouse tasks , making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organization, and interacting with customers on the phone . While previous shipping experience is not required , we value reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success. What We're Looking For:
Since this role involves handling and discussing firearm-related products, applicants should have a solid understanding of: ✅ Different Types of Firearms- Knowledge of handguns, including their functions and differences. ✅ Firearm Accessories
- Familiarity with optics, magazines, grips, holsters, slings, and attachments. Experience in firearm retail, gun ranges, sporting goods stores, or personal firearm use is a plus. Responsibilities Customer Service
- Assist customers with product questions, order inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship firearm-related products. Inventory Management
- Restock, organize, and track warehouse inventory. Shipping & Receiving
- Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and compliance with regulations. Warehouse Organization
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Safety & Compliance
- Follow all firearm handling guidelines and company policies.
