Primary Operations:

Laser cutting (sheet and tube), fiber-optic tube laser, turret punch press, CNC forming, tube bending, welding (including robotic), powder coating, band saw cutting.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving and Inventory Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for managing incoming shipments, verifying contents, and organizing products in the warehouse.

• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, packing slip or other records.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with Quality Control and Purchasing to rectify damages and shortages.
• Routes items to the appropriate person/tags parts with proper identification per ISO Standards.
• Examines incoming shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
• Maintains inventory of shipping and receiving materials and supplies.
• Uses hand-truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
• Operates forklift to move material and unload incoming shipments.
• Operates crane to move material and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintains a clean, neat and member-ready area.
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries.
• Sends P.O.s to specified vendors.
• Work directly with suppliers on any and all P.

O.'s regarding on time delivery, shipment issues, shortages, etc. -Other duties as assigned.
