We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage warehouse staff, and ensure safe, efficient, and organized handling of cargo. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse receiving, unloading, staging, sorting, loading, and outbound operations Supervise warehouse employees, forklift operators, and temporary workers Assign daily tasks and coordinate staffing based on workload Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and work quality Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Oversee inventory accuracy and cargo organization Coordinate truck loading/unloading and dock activities Ensure forklifts and warehouse equipment are properly used and maintained Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety requirements Identify operational problems and take corrective action Work closely with management and operations staff to meet daily deadlines Be willing to work hands-on when needed, including operating a forklift Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience preferred Experience managing warehouse teams and temporary labor Strong forklift operating experience Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment Good communication and organizational skills Reliable, responsible, and able to manage warehouse operations independently Experience with air cargo, freight forwarding, CFS, or airport warehouse operations is a plus What We Are Looking For We are looking for a hands-on manager who can lead from the floor, manage employees effectively, and take ownership of daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing a busy warehouse environment and stepping in to help the team when necessary.
