This position is designed for candidates who want to move beyond hands-on execution and take ownership of people, processes, and operational results, while coordinating closely with operations, customs, transportation, and customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Warehouse Operations Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and exception handling Ensure warehouse activities are executed in accordance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational requirements Monitor workload, space utilization, and workflow efficiency 2. Team Leadership & Supervision Manage warehouse staff scheduling, task assignments, and daily supervision Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing performance coaching Promote a safe, accountable, and collaborative work environment 3. Process Optimization & SOP Development Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operational processes Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to increase accuracy and productivity Support standardization and scalability as warehouse operations grow 4. KPI Monitoring & Performance Management Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, accuracy, and on-time performance Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Report performance metrics and operational issues to management 5. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate closely with operations, customs, transportation, and customer service teams Support customer requirements and resolve warehouse-related operational issues Communicate effectively with external partners when necessary 6. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety policies Conduct regular safety checks and proactively address potential risks Support audits and compliance reviews as required Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with WMS, inventory systems, or warehouse software is a plus Forklift certification or warehouse safety training preferred
