In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of shipments, managing inventory, and delivering products efficiently to our customers. Your proactive approach will help streamline warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and uphold excellent customer service standards. Duties Prepare and verify outgoing shipments using inventory management software, ensuring accuracy in order picking, packing, and labeling. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and forklifts to load and unload goods safely and efficiently. Manage shipping & receiving processes, including documentation, trade compliance, and material certifications. Deliver products to customers in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service and addressing any delivery-related inquiries or issues. Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as order picking & packing, inventory management, and supporting logistics operations to optimize warehouse flow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes. Qualifications
