Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all yard operations, ensuring a smooth flow of trucks, equipment, and materials. Oversee the safe and efficient storage, organization, and maintenance of trucks and heavy equipment. Coordinate with drivers and equipment operators to ensure equipment availability and proper use. Keep accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and inspections. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Lead, train, and motivate a team of yard staff to maintain high standards of performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or operational issues that arise on the yard. Collaborate with other departments to support operations and logistics.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in yard management, fleet management, or heavy equipment operations role. Strong knowledge of trucks, heavy machinery, and maintenance requirements. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, outdoor environment. A safety-first attitude and knowledge of relevant safety regulations. Valid driver's license; CDL a plus!
