KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity. Support the resolution of inventory discrepancies by investigating and coordinating with relevant departments. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and support production schedules. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in inventory control or materials management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution. Proficiency with inventory control systems and ERP software, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. Familiarity with tools such as SAP or PeopleSoft ERP systems is preferred to support accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
WE VALUE
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or related supply chain functions. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and support continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
