Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Experience working in inventory control or supply chain roles supporting production environments. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
