We are looking for a Mill Office Assistant who can take ownership of important inventory, receiving, shipping, and office responsibilities within a fast-paced mill and warehouse operation. This is an important position where accuracy, organization, and dependability matter every day.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain mill and warehouse inventory
Process incoming product receipts and receivers
Process shipments and related documentation
Develop, update, and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and shipment records
Identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies
Assist with general mill and warehouse office administration
Keep records organized, accurate, and up to date

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Minimum of two years of continuous employment with a previous employer
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Must be dependable and able to show up consistently, on time, every day
Comfortable working with detailed inventory information, paperwork, and computer records

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience with:

Inventory management
Receiving and receivership processing
Shipping documentation
Warehouse or mill operations
Inventory control systems

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No nights. No weekends.

COMPENSATION
