In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily service activities, ensure top-notch vehicle maintenance, and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service management. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Supervise, schedule, and manage all Maintenance employees, including Mechanics, Welders and Yard Personnel. Schedule and direct the activities of Maintenance Personnel, such as: Service, Repair, and Maintenance for all Vehicles & Equipment, Truck Shop, Equipment Repair Shop, Yard, and Facilities. Responsible for writing Service Orders. Purchase parts, supplies, tools, and machinery, in support of the Service Garage as needed. Assist with record-keeping tasks related to Service, Repair, Parts, Inventory, and Vehicle & Equipment activities, including Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports, Equipment Condition Reports, Federal, DOT, and in-house records. Must have heavy equipment and diesel repair experience.
