In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily service activities, ensure top-notch vehicle maintenance, and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service management. Your leadership will keep our fleet running smoothly, safely, and efficiently while fostering a positive environment for your team. Supervise, schedule, and manage all Maintenance employees, including Mechanics, Welders and Yard Personnel. Schedule and direct the activities of Maintenance Personnel, such as: Service, Repair, and Maintenance for all Vehicles & Equipment, Truck Shop, Equipment Repair Shop, Yard, and Facilities. Responsible for writing Service Orders. Purchase parts, supplies, tools, and machinery, in support of the Service Garage as needed. Assist with record-keeping tasks related to Service, Repair, Parts, Inventory, and Vehicle & Equipment activities, including Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports, Equipment Condition Reports, Federal, DOT, and in-house records. Must have heavy equipment and diesel repair experience.EEO Employer Pay:
