This role oversees daily operations, supports frontline teams, maintains service quality, and ensures strong client relationships. The manager is accountable for operational performance, team culture, and the overall guest experience at assigned sites. Essential Responsibilities Team Leadership Coaches, motivates, and develops staff to uphold high service and performance standards. Recruits, interviews, and selects candidates aligned with service expectations and contractual requirements. Trains new and existing team members on operational procedures and guest‑service protocols. Completes all required training deadlines, evaluations, and corrective actions. Facilitates weekly team meetings to review performance, share feedback, recognize achievements, and reinforce culture. Collaborates with colleages across the region to support consistency and operational alignment. Participates in leadership development sessions and ongoing training. Operational Strategy & Performance Serves as the primary on‑site contact for client representatives and escalated issues. Maintains operational logs, incident reports, customer‑service documentation, and other required records. Monitors key performance indicators to ensure service quality, financial accuracy, and client satisfaction. Identifies opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen service delivery. Reviews timecards daily to ensure accurate scheduling, proper coverage, and compliance. Prepares weekly and monthly operational data for client review. Analyzes site trends to determine necessary actions such as schedule adjustments, training needs, or technical support. Investigates incidents including vehicle damage, equipment issues, policy violations, and customer complaints. Conducts routine audits including quality checks, access card reviews, ticket/validation audits, and other compliance tasks. Manages vendor relationships and coordinates service needs. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities Performs weekly and monthly cash reconciliation in accordance with policy. Completes daily revenue and exemption reports accurately and on time. Ensures receivables for monthly parking and validations are properly maintained. Partners with leadership during month‑end to validate P&L activity. Prepares variance reports and monitors adherence to budget. Makes financially responsible decisions that support operational goals and resource stewardship. Equipment & Facility Oversight Maintains adequate inventory of operational supplies (tickets, gate arms, receipt paper, etc.). Acts as the emergency contact for equipment‑related issues. Communicates equipment concerns and recommended solutions to client representatives. Provides guidance to facility staff on validation and monthly parking procedures. Submits purchase requests and attends client‑initiated meetings as needed. Ensures all parking equipment is functioning properly and performs routine preventative maintenance. Deploys team members to cashier posts when equipment is offline. Conducts regular inspections of parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Issues citations for unauthorized parking and monitors overall site conditions. Guest Experience & On‑Site Support Models professional, service‑oriented behavior at all times. Greets guests, opens vehicle doors, and provides a welcoming arrival experience. Issues parking tickets and follows all safety and service protocols. Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and efficiently. Directs traffic flow to maintain a safe and organized environment. Assists guests with wayfinding and general inquiries. Handles escalated customer concerns and diffuses challenging situations. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Works any assigned post as needed to maintain operational continuity. Inspects vehicles and equipment for cleanliness, damage, and serviceability. Ensures maintenance schedules are followed and coordinates inspections or repairs. Required Qualifications Bilingual fluency with Spanish and English required 3+ years of experience in parking, transportation, or a related operational field. 2+ years of leadership experience. Proficiency with computer and administrative work. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or interviewing. 2+ years of experience with data reporting or operational metrics. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Skills & Abilities Ability to drive manual transmission (strongly preferred). Warm, professional, and guest‑focused communication style. Strong problem‑solving skills with sound judgment on when to escalate issues. Clear verbal and written communication abilities. Minimum age 23 for insurance purposes. Physical Requirements This role requires regular walking, running, standing, and sitting. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and wear required PPE throughout the shift. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
