Role Description:

The Operations and Fulfillment Coordinator role is a full-time position based in Baltimore, MD. This role oversees day-to-day order processing, customer emails, inventory management, and shipment coordination to ensure accurate, timely delivery of products to customers and retail partners. The individual will manage operational workflows, ship out orders, create detailed service tickets for watch intake, and maintain organized records of orders and returns. Additional responsibilities include monitoring quality control for outgoing products, supporting sales and customer service with order-related inquiries, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience. The role may also assist with small projects related to product launches, packaging updates, and operational planning. Qualifications Strong operations management skills, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and workflow coordination. Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy. Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Experience with sales or customer-facing environments, supporting order inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Project management capabilities to help plan, organize, and execute small operational and fulfillment projects. Detail-oriented approach, with strong organizational skills and reliability in handling sensitive tasks. Proficiency with basic office software and inventory or order management systems; experience in e-commerce or retail fulfillment is a plus. Interest in watches, craftsmanship, or luxury goods and alignment with Tsao Baltimore's commitment to quality and local heritage.

Salary Range:
