Responsibilities Lead the creation and delivery of comprehensive training programs tailored to warehouse operations, incorporating adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. Develop engaging learning courses using platforms such as Claude and LMS (Learning Management System) tools to enhance learning accessibility and effectiveness. Utilize ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) methodology to systematically design and improve training initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Manage onboarding processes including employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires quickly adapt to company standards and safety protocols. Oversee talent management strategies through succession planning, performance management support, and mentoring programs to foster employee growth. Collaborate with HR teams on employee evaluation processes, and research to identify training needs and measure program impact. Coordinate with Team Leads, Warehouse Managers, and Executive team on organization design changes and change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback collection, and data analysis; adjust programs accordingly for continuous improvement. Skills Expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, adult education theories, and program management methodologies. Strong knowledge of ADDIE model for systematic training design; experience with Claude and LMS platforms. Proven ability to develop employee training programs in a human resources context with a focus on professional development. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, presentation delivery, coaching, mentoring, and conflict management. Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience in corporate training teaching roles with classroom experience complemented by e-learning content development expertise. Strong understanding of performance management processes including employee evaluation techniques and succession planning strategies. Ability to manage change effectively within fast-paced environments; adept at research and data collection for continuous program improvement. Leadership qualities including team leadership skills, human capital management expertise, human resources management knowledge, and employee relations acumen.
